Lambda Legal
Lambda Legal is the oldest and largest national legal organization whose mission is to achieve full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and everyone living with HIV through impact litigation, education, and public policy work.
Lambda Legal has a proud history of challenging policies and government agencies that enable discrimination or target LGBTQ+ people and people living with HIV (PLHIV) for abuse. Lambda Legal has challenged criminal laws directed at or disproportionately applied against members of our community, and has sought recourse when legal authorities violate the rights of LGBTQ+ people and people living with HIV.
Black & Pink National
Black & Pink National is a prison abolitionist organization dedicated to abolishing the criminal punishment system and liberating LGBTQIA2S+ people and people living with HIV/AIDS who are affected by that system through advocacy, support, and organizing.
Black & Pink National, founded in 2005, now has a strong grassroots network of 11 volunteer-led chapters and more than 20,000 current and formerly incarcerated LGBTQIAS2+ and people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) members located across the country.

Our unique approach combines rigorous, credible research processes with meaningful community input, assuring that communities that experience intersectional oppression have substantive influence on projects that affect them. Recent clients include Ms. Foundation, Foundation for a Just Society, Advocates for Youth, the Hetrick Martin Institute, AIDS United and many others.
